AI & Copilot Enablement · Microsoft Partner

Turn Copilot and Azure AI into real, governed productivity.

Deop helps Canadian organizations adopt GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot, stand up secure AI landing zones on Azure AI Foundry, and take AI from pilot to production — with governance built in from day one.

AI and Copilot enablement on a governed Azure foundation

Most AI programs stall for one of two reasons: security teams block a rollout that wasn't governed, or licenses get bought and nobody actually adopts them. Deop fixes both — we make AI safe to turn on, and worth keeping on.

What we deliver

Four ways we make AI real on Microsoft

Concrete engagements, not a licence resale. Each one is scoped to your environment, your compliance requirements, and Canadian data residency.

Copilot rollout & adoption

GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot, taken from licence to real usage.

  • Readiness & licensing assessment
  • Governed pilot with success measures
  • Prompt & workflow patterns, champions program
  • Adoption tracking and ROI reporting

Secure AI landing zones

Production-ready Azure AI Foundry environments, deployed as code — see our AI Foundry landing zone service for the full build.

  • Foundry + AI Gateway reference architecture
  • Private networking & endpoint isolation
  • Identity, RBAC, and cost governance
  • Bicep / Terraform, CAF-aligned, repeatable

Responsible-AI governance

The guardrails that let security say yes — set up before rollout, not after.

  • Permission & oversharing remediation
  • Microsoft Purview data classification & DLP
  • Entra ID access controls & monitoring
  • Responsible-AI policy & audit trail

Prototype → production

Turn AI prototypes and 'vibe-coded' builds into something you can safely run.

  • Architecture, security & cost hardening
  • CI/CD, testing, and observability
  • Landing-zone integration & guardrails
  • Handover your team can operate
How it works

Adoption beats installation

A short, staged path — so you see value early, and security signs off at every gate rather than at the end.

Assess & prioritize

Find where Copilot and custom AI pay off, and review licensing, data, and compliance posture before anything turns on.

Pilot with guardrails

Enable a focused group, or stand up a secure AI landing zone, with policies, monitoring, and success measures in place from day one.

Enable & train

Drive real adoption with hands-on training, prompt and workflow patterns, and internal champions.

Scale & govern

Extend what works, keep usage, cost, and risk visible, and evolve guardrails as Microsoft's AI platform grows.

The Deop difference

We make Copilot safe to turn on

15%+

of business-critical files are estimated to be exposed through oversharing and permission misconfigurations — and Copilot inherits every one of a user's access rights. That's the risk we close before you go live.

  • Access reviews & least privilege
  • Microsoft Purview data classification
  • DLP policies & sensitivity labels
  • Entra ID conditional access
  • Usage & audit monitoring
  • Responsible-AI policy & training
Why Deop

A boutique Microsoft partner that ships AI

Delivered with Microsoft

Advanced Azure specializations and a Microsoft partnership that regularly brings partner funding to the table.

A repeatable AI accelerator

Our AI Foundry landing zone is packaged as a reusable accelerator — proven across multiple business units.

Security & adoption together

Governance so security says yes, and enablement so your teams actually use it.

Questions buyers ask us

The objections we hear first

Will Copilot expose sensitive data across our organization?

It can — Copilot respects existing permissions, so if sharing and access are loose, it will surface whatever a user can already reach. That's why we start with an AI-readiness pass: access reviews, least-privilege cleanup, Purview classification, DLP, and sensitivity labels — before anyone gets a licence.

Does our data leave our tenant or train Microsoft's models?

No. Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure OpenAI operate under enterprise data protection — your content stays within your compliance boundary and is not used to train the foundation models.

What licensing do we actually need?

It depends on the mix of Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and custom AI on Azure AI Foundry. Part of the assessment is right-sizing licences to the people and use cases that will actually benefit.

How do you prove ROI and adoption?

We define success measures up front and instrument for them — active usage, task-level time savings, and adoption by team — then report against them.

Can you build custom AI on our own data, securely?

Yes — that's the AI landing zone: a secure Azure AI Foundry environment with private networking, identity, and governance, deployed as code and aligned to Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework.

We have an AI prototype already. Can you productionize it?

Often, yes. We harden the architecture, security, and cost model, wire in CI/CD and observability, and integrate it into a governed landing zone.
